Summary:                    Unhold issue
Description: 
Phone Fanvil BW210 connected by SIP protocol
Incomming channel correct switch to hold (by pressing Hold key on phone)
and never unhold (MOH stay playing). This issue only on incoming calls,
hold/unhold on outgoing calls work correct.

On Asterisk 1.4.33 hold/unhold work correct
