Summary:                    [patch] enable autosystemname within asterisk.conf
by default
Description: 
Currently, System name: is null for 'core show settings', this patch enable
it by default; populating the field.

Another option be settings it to localhost by default.

If enabling autosystemname is a problem; I'll upload a patch to set 'System
name:' to localhost by default.
