Summary:                    [patch] enable autosystemname within asterisk.conf
by default
Description: 
Currently, System name: is null for 'core show settings', this patch enable
it by default; populating the field.

Another option be settings it to localhost by default.

Also this is a bit of a "policy change" I guess, so maybe this should be
asked to the community if they want this enabled?
