Sometimes i saw, that server does not send RR frame. I couldn't understand
why it happens.'dahdi restart' solves issue for a while, and than server
does not send RR frame again. (the time of stable work was different)

I'm using openvox, DAHDI 2.2.0 (linux and tools), libpri 1.4.10.2 and i
have a few another servers with this config but other telco. So I thought
that is a telco channel problem. Am i wrong?

I'll try current SVN 1.4 branch of libpri and tell you.
