Summary:                    Added ability to send DTMF from ExternalIVR
Description: 
I have a need to send DTMF from ExternalIVR scripts so they can communicate
with alarm systems. I posted to the dev list, but haven't seen any
response. I communicated with one person off list who felt like it was a
good idea and they said they could use it too.

I am working on a patch I just wanted to go ahead and log the feature
request.
