Summary: [patch] Some small solaris fixes (threadstorage /
moh)
Description:
There is a few complaints by solaris when compiling (on sparc at least).
These two are trivial changes to fix the warnings.

Woops... I have committed 2 fixes to trunk in the last few weeks with
regards to these problems (PTHREAD_ONCE_INIT and thr_yield). I hadn't seen
this patch. Can you test to see if trunk builds for you now unpatched? It
should.
