Summary:                    [patch] T38 gateway
Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

While the programmers are busy implementing transparent GW, get the 1.6.2
patch from a sysadmin :)

asterisk-1.6.2-faxgw.patch is a modified version of t38-gw-r229603.patch
which reflects the changes in 1.6.2 data structures.

It compiles with my asterisk-1.6.2.0~rc7 on Debian and runs well with
spandsp 0.0.6~pre12-1 from Debian repository.
