Summary: [patch] Add Calling and Called Subaddress to CDR
record
Description:
In some situations it's required to track the calling and called subadress
information for inbound and outbound external calls.
Currently the 'userfield' is one of the few places to do it.
This patch, doesn't break binary compatiblity, and if a liked named field
exists in the underlying cdr collector, the field will be populated.
