Summary: "sip show peers" does not show realtime peers
Description:
Hello,
In my sip.conf I have "rtcachefriends=yes". Also if I do a "sip show
settings" it shows "Cache friends: yes". The peers are able to register
successfully, but they don't show up in "sip show peers". Also when I try
to dial the peer it says channel unavailable.
These same settings are working in asterisk 1.4. Please help.

Thank you

I am still using the same version. I was able to resolve this issue by
adding a 'type' field to my database table.

Earlier I was using the table without a 'type' field and this used to work
in asterisk 1.4
