Summary: Crash when standby d-channel goes active
Description:
Currently I have NFAS set up in asterisk with a active/standby d-channel
configured. If the T1 that has the active d-channel goes down and asterisk
switches the standby d-channel to the active one, the asterisk process
crashes after a few seconds of processing new calls.
I sometimes do not get a crash, but both d-channels remain down. I have
to restart asterisk to bring back the active and standby d-channels.
