Summary:                    [patch] T38 gateway
Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

To those requesting backports: All features will only go into trunk -- no
existing branches (i.e. 1.2, 1.4, 1.6.0, 1.6.1, or 1.6.2) will receive
features added to them. Requesting backports for this (or any other
functionality) on the issue tracker is inappropriate and not the correct
forum for that.

dafe_von_cetin: the next step is likely to get this onto reviewboard
(http://reviewboard.asterisk.org) and have developers review this code. You
will likely get a bunch of feedback about how to move this issue forward
(either code changes, formatting changes, etc...)

Once the development community is satisfied with the overall approach and
coding then it will be merged into trunk, and then released along with the
next branching from trunk (whether that be Asterisk 1.8, 1.10, etc...).
