Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

the patch fully working for me. and i really can't understand why not add
this nice code to trunk... i understand about "freeze code" in 1.4.x but in
any case have exceptions and *that* case really needs exception for faxes,
im sure many ppl will be agree with me!
ps: i'm so tired to edit the patch and patched every time then update
asterisk.. 1.6 not ready for serious production yet. but 1.4 get frozen on
middle of the way.. its my little own hell. :((
