Summary:                    custom dial plan not picked up by the gui
Description: 
if you add custom dial plan to extensions.conf with [macro- ] or [app- ]
the gui does not read them in to the dial plan page for users to have
access/privilages to these functions.

This issue is currently being suspended as there are currently no resources

available for this project.  This issue will be re-evaluated when
resources 
become available to work on it.
