Summary:                    Voice Menus - Saving and Disappearing
Description: 
Very strange the way that the Voice Menus tab works.  I'm still not 100%
sure of what is going wrong.

It seems necessary to refresh the whole web page and return to the Voice
Menus before adding, editting or saving any changes.  Otherwise, the
associated Voice Menu appears to end up getting completely erased.

Further to this after discussion with awk_r.  Changes in the Voice Menu's
get saved to file once entered but not to the global variables.  As a
result, the variables do not contain the new Voice Menu changes until after
a complete reload of the web page.

So, what needs to be done is to determine why the global variables are not
receiving the additions/updates to Voice Menu entries.
