Summary: Need to be able to select specific channels along
with the trunks for Outgoing rules
Description:
Right now one can only select a trunk for Outgoing calls. However, there
are circumstances when a trunk may include multiple lines, but a certain
call can only go out a specific one.
The ability to select a specific channel is required.

Why not put those different extensions in a different context?
