Summary:                    app_mp3 and chan_local fail
Description: 
This morning I patched chan_local with
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15609 now my asterisk log only
shows half of the call.  When I take the patch out, I hear the audio from
mpg123.  I will attach my dialplan and an example per script

There was an additional change added to the patch for 15609 in r237318.
You should re-test with that revision if you have not done so already.
