Summary:                    Chan_dahdi calls keep on increase until all the
dahdi channel full
Description: 
Hi Support , 

I have a asterisk system with 1.4.28 , with all extension recordings .
After running few hours , i see the calls keep on calling and didnt hangup
with app_mixmon. Until all the channels FULLY use up . So i have to restart
the Asterisk program . 

dahdi-linux-2.2.0
dahdi-tools-2.2.0
libpri-1.4.10
Asterisk 1.4.28
Card = TE420p

Please assist .
