Summary:                    Add support for reporting/passing all CallerID data
to app_queue - specifically RDNIS,DNID
Description: 
I'm hoping future versions of app_queue will contain CalleriD DNIDDigits
and RDNIS information.  This will help with continuations when the queue
member is on a different Asterisk box by allowing DNIDDigit matching to
queues local to the remote system as well as pass extra information to
queue members that remote dialplan might find interesting.

Currently only CallerIDNum and CallerIDName is passed.

As always, feature request here is not allowed in bug tracker, unless you
don't have a patch, or did i miss something?
