Calls from or to asterisk done from or to a web enabled gtalk account are
not connected.

When attempting to place an outbound call via Gtalk, I get the following:

[Feb 26 16:46:33] WARNING[14602]: chan_gtalk.c:1658 gtalk_request: Could
not find recipient.
[Feb 26 16:46:33] WARNING[14602]: app_dial.c:1745 dial_exec_full: Unable
to create channel of type 'Gtalk' (cause 0 - Unknown)
