Summary:                    [patch] 606 Not Acceptable is also a valid response
to reject a T.38 re-INVITE
Description: 
If we get a "606 Not Acceptable" to our T.38 re-INVITE, then we should also
send start the re-re-INVITE to audio faxing.

For T.38 reINVITEs treat a 606 the same as a 488.
