Summary: codec_dahdi.c gives error message on startup after
fresh install
Description:
I have installed versions 1.6.1.12 through 1.6.1.14 of asterisk with
versions 2.2.0 through 2.2.1 (yes, I've done quite a few installs) and in
each and every one of them, after a fresh install I receive an error like:

[Feb 20 19:49:10] ERROR[3152]: codec_dahdi.c:622 find_transcoders: Failed
to open /dev/dahdi/transcode: No such file or directory

I am using Debian Lenny and I have also tried installing on Ubuntu Karmic

alexrecarey: Add "noload => codec_dahdi.so" to your modules.conf if you
don't expect to use any hardware transcoders.
