Summary: BRI locks up
Description:
Every about 3 hours the BRI ISDN channels lock up and we have to run "dahdi
restart" through the asterisk CLI in order to make it work back again.

When it is locked up we can not make outbound calls and we don't receive
incoming calls either. Asterisk is still working since we can call from one
extension to the other.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I tested it with libpri 1.4.10.2 (actually I had already done this in the
past). The behaviour is very similar but it looks that the cause is
different. When I start the asterisk I can make calls and everything works
fine but after a while the channel is again locked up. I have attached the
log file of a call when the channel is locked (call_fail_libpri-1.4.10.2).
It looks to me that layer 1 (q921) now works but layer 2 (q931) does not
send any SETUP packets or any packet at all.
If I run "dahdi restart" I can make calls again.
