Summary:                    BRI locks up
Description: 
Every about 3 hours the BRI ISDN channels lock up and we have to run "dahdi
restart" through the asterisk CLI in order to make it work back again.

When it is locked up we can not make outbound calls and we don't receive
incoming calls either. Asterisk is still working since we can call from one
extension to the other.

Attached you will find the logs from a call that works when I start
asterisk service. Everything seems to work fine when I start asterisk or
when I run "dahdi restart". If I wait for
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=5#c2-3 hours (without making any
call at all) and try to call again the channel is locked up. 

I am using Openvox B400P card and it is set to TE/PTMP mode.
