I'm wondering if this is a bug in the patch from 15757 or if pollmailboxes
should be fixed somehow.  The way that the patch subscribes to MWI is for
all intents identical to how it's done in res_ais.  So if someone were
using pollmailboxes + res_ais it should crash as well.
