Summary:                    [patch] Having the dahdi kernel modules built with
kABI tracking would be good
Description: 
If the dahdi kernel modules were built with kABI tracking then there
wouldn't need to be a package per dahdi/kernel release, just one per dahdi
release.

Attaching initial spec file that incorporates the kmod generation of
dahdi-linux-kmod srpm in the dahdi-linux srpm and builds kABI tracking kmod
packages.

Including patch to put modules under 'extra', better following rhel/centos
standards.

The other patches mentioned are included in the dahdi-linux-kmod srpm. 
kmodtool-dahdi-linux is a copy of /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/kmodtool from the
package redhat-rpm-config, following best practice of having a modifiable
version built into the srpm.
