Summary:                    Parameter m in Dial command
Description: 
A nice parameter availabe in Dial command is the "m" option: it provides
Music on Hold to the calling party until the called channel answers.
It would be useful to have a furhter option like this one already included
in the queue command:

...so that the calling party ears the moh until the called channel START
TO RING (so before the answer).

Would it be any possibility to include it in future SVN Trunks ?
