Summary:                    [patch] ParkAndAnnounce() Does Not Seem To Respect
Multiple Parking Lots
Description: 
When trying to set a target parking lot for use with ParkAndAnnounce()
using ${PARKINGLOT} and ${CHANNEL(parkinglot)}, ParkAndAnnounce() does not
appear to respect these settings in the same way that Park() does.
