Summary:                    [patch] After AMI Bridge action the callerid's on

Description: 
After the bridge command in the AMI we send another command to update the
phone displays because this is not handled by asterisk.

suggestion SIPCallerIdUpdate looks indeed better. Changes the code and
uploaded the new patch.
