Summary: [patch] [regression] Voicemail information is
repeated
Description:
When a user checks their voicemail, the announcement that states which
message they are listening to repeats the message number.
For example...
User is checking voicemail,
listens to first voicemail and presses 6 to goto the next message
The voicemail system then says "Message 2 2 received at ...."
This appears to happen to any message that is not the first or last
message.

Stop playing the message number multiple times.
Also remove some accidentally duplicated code, which may have been causing
a memleak.
This was caused by a bad merge.
