[asterisk-bugs] Answered call marked as "NO ANSWER" in CDR

Hi, 

We are currently on Asterisk 1.4.22.
Our architecture relies on two Asterisk servers ; the first one manages 
internal calls and CDR and the second is connected to PSTN. Both 
communicate through IAX2.
When someone calls from inside to an outside number, the CDR shows that 
the call as "NO ANSWER" although it was answered.
When PSTN calls someone inside, CDR's disposition value is OK.

Is this a known bug ?
