Summary:                    app_queue does not change member state
Description: 
I have added dynamic member to queue with manager interface.
When queue call that member his state is still Not in use.
Same state is when hi pick up the call.

Tryed to add static member i queue.conf and situation is the same.

I see that problem on 1.6.1.11 and 1.6.2.1

This appears to be a configuration issue. You likely have no setup sip.conf
correctly to account for the the end-points status. Please utilize the
asterisk-users mailing list for additional assistance.
