Summary: Memory leaking in calendars
Description:
Memory is leaking in calendaring module.
Noticed after backporting calendaring to Asterisk 1.6.1.20, but it also
appear in 1.8.1.1!

And now I attached the summary2.txt. There is again about 1.2 MB of
allocations.
But I also attached ps.txt showing that the memory usage is really rising.
The first record is from the same time as summary.txt, the second one is
from summary2.txt time.
So, if it's not leaking from Asterisk, do you suggest it might be leak in
some libraries calendars are using (libical, iksemel, libneon, libxml2,
...)?
