Summary:                    [patch] Need to be able to use alphabetic characters
in New Calling Rules for Skype Channel
Description: 
In order to create a dial-able extension from skype using an outgoing
calling rule, the outgoing calling rule must be able to accept alphabetic
characters in the "Prepend these digits" field.

Attached diff files change the prepend field to accept numeric and
characters only required to create a Skype ID.
