Summary:                    Need to be able to use alphabetic characters in New
Calling Rules for Skype Channel
Description: 
In order to create a dial-able extension from skype using an outgoing
calling rule, the outgoing calling rule must be able to accept alphabetic
characters in the "Prepend these digits" field.
