Summary:                    Caller ID does not Appear after being Set on
Outgoing Calling Rule
Description: 
After adding a new Outgoing Calling Rule and setting the value for Caller
ID for the specific calling rule, the Caller ID does not appear when going
in to Edit the rule either immediately after or after doing a full reload
of the gui.  

The Caller ID information does appear in the extensions.conf file.
