Summary:                    Empty Redirection Number in outgoing SETUP when
calling from IAX
Description: 
When a call coming in via IAX calls out via dahdi, chan_dahdi inserts an
empty Redirection Number in to the outgoing SETUP message.

Ok, I did a little patch to 'pri set debug' that should give easier reading
in the future.
