Summary:                    Empty Redirection Number in outgoing SETUP when
calling from IAX
Description: 
When a call coming in via IAX calls out via dahdi, chan_dahdi inserts an
empty Redirection Number in to the outgoing SETUP message.

Oh, sorry. I need intense because of the full hex dumps.
I feed them in to another decoder to make them more readable.
