Description: 
Trying to access Asterisk GUI I'm getting page sources. Here is session
part, please note Content-type: (null) response:

Using SVN check outs of 1.6.2, 1.8 and trunk I have not seen this issue. 
The issue may exist but we need some more info.  Can you attach your
http.conf and the manager.conf (without secret)?  I see your change and
admit it looks reasonable but am confused that it does not happen on my
installs.  

Can you also list your OS?
