Summary:                    [patch] AGENTBYCALLERID not set for agent logged
from AMI
Description: 
The global variable AGENTBYCALLERID is not being set for agents logged from
AMI via AgentCallBackLogin action. This variable is set when logged normaly
via dialplan application.
