Summary:                    Random crash when Asterisk is started
Description: 
Ran into this issue under the testsuite. It seems Asterisk will randomly
crash on start.  Looking at the backtrace it seem to happen when loading
codec_speex.so

Crashes at this stage are typically the result of leaving old modules in
the modules directory. Are you sure that this is not the case here?
