Summary:                    no MWI notify SIP messages sent from Asterisk to

Description: 
Version: Asterisk 1.6.2.15 (AsteriskNOW 1.7.1)

- user agent is Avaya 9610 SIP firmware 2.2
- MWI works prior to yum update on December 15th, 2010
- SIP debug and sniffer trace shows no sign of MWI notify messages being
send to endpoint
