Summary:                    [patch] Enable GUI on Asterisk 1.6.2 and 1.8
Description: 
The GUI checks for AA50, ABE, OSA, 1.4, 1.6, and 1.6.1 but defaults 1.6.2
down to 1.6 (No video codecs and or toys) and totally ignores 1.8.  I have
enabled a local version and am testing.  I will attempt to extend the check
to the 1.6.2 and 1.8.  There are many new features to account for.

Upload is a hack that allows the 1.6.1 settings to be default. Currently
1.6.2 and 1.8 are not supported and the test is confusing in my mind.
