Summary: Enable basic compiling of modules that do not
require firmwares. AKA disable firmware download for TDMoE
Description:
The need arose to have DAHDI compiled on a VM without Internet access. I
looked for an easy way to limit the modules compiled. I am _NOT_ a Kbuild
expert but this worked for me. I will attach the diff for the build and
later the diff for the install. This is useful if you need only the meetme
engine also. This will build DAHDI, dahdi_dynamic, dahdi_dynamic_eth,
dahdi_dynamic_ethmf, and dahdi_transcode. This could also be useful when
doing labs or education as there is no firmware downloaded.
