Summary:                    [patch] SRPM missing minimum version requirement for
speex
Description: 
Asterisk 1.8.x requires the speex_preprocess capability, which was
introduced in speex 1.1.  The RHEL5 repo currently has speex-1.0.5 in it,
which means if you build on RHEL5 with the provided packages it will fail
to detect speex because it's missing the preprocess capability.

The enclosed patch updates the spec file to require version 1.1 as a
minimum prereq. This does of course mean the user would have to track down
or build a newer version of speex, but they need to do that anyway for it
to actually build. :)
