Summary:                    [branch] AppleRaisin - ASTDB over realtime
Description: 
My branch "codename-appleraisin-trunk" contains code for running ASTDB over
realtime. The 1.4 version (adb-codename-appleraisin) has been in production
for over a year running under FreePBX for failover.

This branch needs some assistance through code review and also addition of
some missing features in the CLI commands for managing astdb, something
that was out of scope for this project.

I think this would be a good addition for 1.8, but it will need assistance
from other developers to get through the process.

We use AstDB in MySQL with FreePBX in production for 2 years here in
Portugal for about 400 servers. It's very helpful to the high availability
mecanism. In order to upgrade to 1.8 we definitely need this feature.

Please get it in 1.8. Thanks.
