Summary:                    [patch] T38 gateway
Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

The way this is being implemented here will not be the way it is
implemented in Asterisk going forward, which means this is not a candidate
for Asterisk 1.8 (especially since it has now been branched and is in
beta).

Here is the T.38 Gateway Proposal from kpfleming on he mailing lists:

T.38 Gateway support will be in some future version of Asterisk, but it
has not been determined when.
