Summary: say_date_generic in app_playback.c ignores
timezonename
Description:
In say_date_generic() in app_playback.c, the final arguments to the
function is timezonename. The function calls ast_locatime() to get the
local time, but doesn't pass in timezonename (it passes in NULL), so any
specified timezone (e.g. in SayUnixTime) gets ignored.
Not done a patch because it's a trivial fix, but changing the NULL in the
call to ast_localtime to timezonename appears to do the right thing.
