When you create a rule through Outgoing Calling Rules, there are
superfluous symbols {$,  )}.

I agree, but i don't know what this filter is for, so:
1.- I can remove the "using this filter" from the form or
2.- If someone knows, we can document it in the GUI to make it useful.
