Summary: LibPRI problem with restart of PBX processor
(Testing SVN 1688)
Description:
Asterisk is connected to legacy Siemens PBX. PBX has dual CPU and switches
over active/passive processors at (or close to) 00:00.

During the switchover, the link stays up but the PBX sends SABME. Asterisk
should clear state to restart q921. A few seconds after the first call
comes in, we see the legacy PBX drops the link and tries to re-establish -
it normally does this after a protocol error (timer expiry etc).

I will try and reproduce with pri debugging enabled.

Just to clarify, I don't think the CPU switchover is causing problems for
1.4.11. I opened the bug report with that title because I initially thought
that was the cause from the logs as the failure was the first cause after
the CPU switchover. However, I got the same fault in the working day well
after the CPU switchover so it probably isn't related.

With regards to the pri being dropped, 1.4.10.2 works OK, as in fact all
the previous versions did from the earliest we used, 1.4.3.

What is making this hard to troublshoot is that I can leave 1.4.11.x
running all weekend with no problems (but light call traffic) but during
the working day I can get 2 failures in the space of an hour.

I have a feeling there's some kind of error threshold before the PBX
restarts the pri, but I can't find what could be causing the PBX to think
there's an error. I'm continuing to investigate (running 1.4.11.x for a
while, then checking the error counters on the PBX).
