Summary:                    problem with the voicemail button (msgs)
Description: 
using the voice mail button (msgs) does not reproduce the audio of
vm-password.ulaw by calling *97, or after about 5 or 6 seconds only then
plays the file. But if I call directly to the message *97 vm-password.ulaw
me play properly.

I don't believe there is enough information here to move this forward. A
dialplan along with a pcap capture and configuration information is likely
needed here.
